第2级赞助许可
根据内政部的最新规定，为了获得二级普通工人签证，申请人必须获得赞助许可。
2级签证适用于技术工人，在您获得赞助商许可之前，您必须能够证明：
- 您的业务是真实的，并在英国合法经营;
- 您尝试过但未能从居民市场招募人员;
- 您有正确的程序来监控这些员工;
- 你提供真实的薪水工作;
- 您没有失败的赞助许可证申请的历史记录。
Being a sponsor comes with important duties, such as ensuring you keep the UKVI up to date regarding your sponsee. Failure to do so can result in a Civil Penalty of £20,000 per illegal worker. GCH can help ensure that you meet the requirements, can comply with your duties.
